One night, two brothers and two events that will change their lives forever: Stanko is going to kill for the first time while his brother Vojo plans on sleeping with a woman for the very first time. The actual reason 30-year-old Stanko returned to Montenegro was to take revenge on his father’s murderer. But upon arriving in his home country he has yet to discover that nothing’s the way it used to be. Not only his town has changed but so have the people around him. His 16-year-old brother Vojo is one of them. He is all grown up and faces a big challenge in his life – his first time. Both men insecurely find themselves in seeking satisfaction and self-fulfilment and neither of them seems to be ready and prepared for their self-imposed task – be it murder or intercourse. As it turns out, external circumstances make the achievement of their goals and the accomplishment of their wishes and yearnings utterly impossible. The secret star of the film, ensconced between revenge thriller and melodrama, is actually Podgorica. After more than 20 years the town throws off the chains of a communistic past and by and by turns into a vivid metropolis full of urban legends. A remarkable coming of age story that does not only centre on the simultaneous growing up of whole generation but also of an entire city.
