Synopsis

Somewhere in Serbia: Two young men without perspectives meet on a park bench. Beer, chauvinistic jokes, conversations about Guy Ritchie movies. An innocent jokes results in a head shot, and a constructed violent frenzy filled with absurdities far from logic takes its course. Ucronia is a genre of fiction that deals with alternative reality and “what if”-scenarios. The end of the film loops back to its beginning, which is told anew. The quarrel does not run out of hand, it does not even happen. The question of how the previously shown violent episodes will play out now remains unanswered. A black comedy about the possibilities of de-escalation, filled with bizarre caricature gangsters.
