The legendary Ost Klub at Schwarzenbergplatz used to be the hot spot for concerts and parties with a focus on Eastern Europe for many years, but not only for them: Apart from Russian disco, Balkan beats and Gypsy sound, it regularly featured world music of different origins. Before this smart location closes its gates for the last time to the regret of all its fans to make way for the new and fortunately promising Schwarzberg, LET’S CEE and Matthias Angerer, the owner and mastermind behind Ost Klub, will heat up the dance floor for one last time. On Saturday, October 4th, 2014, the familiar halls will host an already historical final Balkan party, starting at 9.00 pm. To make sure that everyone can join the party, the entrance fee will be only 5 Euros - for those with a cinema ticket or a festival pass, only 3 Euros. The second strike will follow a few days later: On Thursday, October 9th, the legendary Ost club stage will host its very last live concert. The Romanian cult band Fanfara Transilvania will make this night the topic of excited whispers and conversations for a long time to come. Two must-see events for all those who love music from the CEE regions and who would like to bid their living room one last befitting good-bye.
